Our sincere condolences to Kay and the entire Guimond family. He was such a good man. We had many great experiences and laughs over many years in the PFD. He was a dedicated man with a great sense of humor always ready to do his job and help others. It ways always my pleasure to run into Kay and Willy while out and about and be greeted with a smile/ smirk and his truely positive attitude, even while dealing with the effects of Parkinson’s. I will never forget the years we worked together in the PFD. You were such a great teacher and mentor, respected by all.
