Victor was my mom’s favorite cousin. She talked about their humorous antics and fun as kids. He was a very talented and special person.

Mr. Catir was my music teacher at King Jr. High School many years ago.  He introduced me to the love of musicals and he directed our jr. high production of "Christmas Carol."
I always looked forward to his class and remember him with fondness.  My condolences to his family and many former students and friends.

RIP, Victor. I remember those duets we used to sing on Lyric Music Theater programs.
