Pauline Pottle Obituary

Pauline Lane Pottle, 94, formerly of Randall Street, Portland, died Wednesday January 9, 2019

surrounded by her family at the Barron Center.  Born in Portland, She the daughter of George and

Fannie (Silverman) Lane.  She graduated from Portland High School the Class of 1942.

Following graduation, she married George Pottle and they made their home in Portland.  For many

years, Pauline worked as a housekeeper at Seaside Nursing Home. 

Pauline was predeceased by her husband George in 1993, her brothers, Benny, Paul, Bertram, and

Morris Lane, son in law Ronald Connolly, Sr. and grandson Ronald Connolly, Jr.

Pauline is survived by her children, Phyllis Crowe, Georgia Connolly Stevens and her husband David and

George Pottle and his wife Michelle, her grandchildren, Terri Brenner and her husband John and

Shannon Denbow and her husband Dana and Allyson Pottle, her great grandchildren Ryan and Natalie Brenner, Owen,

Griffin and Abigail Denbow. She is also survived by her special niece Mary Keaney.

A funeral service will be held at 11 am on Saturday January 12, 2019 at A. T. Hutchins Funeral Home, 660

Brighton Avenue, Portland.  Spring burial in Highland Lake Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations maybe made to the Activities Department at the Barron Center, 1145 Brighton Ave, Portland, Maine 04102.
