My sincere condolences to Mark’s family. I have so many memories of mark.
He was one of the first members i met after joining Casco Fire Department. He and kurt and Tom taught me the many nuances of assembling the ferris wheel for Casco Days , and further educating me on how to load and control the wheel when it still ran off the old positive ground motor and tempermental brake system.
My children all grew up frequenting the fire stations and Casco day park along with his boys. He and Becky had the old “red phone system “for fire and rescue services right in their home, as well as running a daycare out of their home as well. He and his family have given so much to our community!!!
Mark also gave many hours coaching T-ball and baseball for two of my boys.
It was a truly a privilege to serve alongside Mark, he was high energy, and people were drawn to him. He will always have a special place in my heart.!!
