There are only a hand full of great men that shaped Lucas Tree into what it is today and Hank is on the top of that list. His work ethic and integrity influenced all of us at Lucas.I had the privilege to work with him for 38 years and never stop learning from him.The energy he had was super human.Trying to keep up with him in the woods looking at jobs was near impossible. His business vision was unique.I considered Hank my lightning radar. He would identify and start worrying about a business problem a year before it would happen. What a great resource he was.We have lost a true gentleman but his values will live on in all of us.

My father, brothers and I had the honor and privilege of working with "Hank"for years at Lucas Tree.He was the consummate gentleman. He really loved the state of Maine and forestry. In an article on my family,he once described my father as a "man of few words and a gentle spirit". I still use those words today to describe my father.I can still hear his big baritone voice.Condolences to his family

Hank was a wonderful and bright light, full of energy and a passion for life.  He was loved by so many and will be greatly missed.
I still remember the day I met him at Lucas Tree, Valentine's Day 1992.   I was waiting in the lobby for a job interview.  Through the years and after his retirement we would see each other in the neighborhood and catch up on things.  My condolences to his family.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Thibodeau family.
Hank was truly a "man's man" in every sense of the term.
I feel both truly honored and and blessed to have known him since I can remember.

Hank was like family for over 60 years. A big brother to Al and they both could talk for hours.  Hank was a deep thinker, a devoted man;  we always look forward to getting together.  He will greatly be missed.
