Davine Lee Vance age 52, passed away at Russell Park Nursing Home in Auburn on Friday, January 5, 2024.  She was born on November 29, 1971 in Portland, the daughter of David L. Sr. and Myrna E. (Napolitano) Vance.

Davine attended local schools and graduated from Portland High School in 1989.  Davine worked for 20 years at the first Macdonald’s franchise built in Maine on St. John Street.

Davine was a fan of the WWF~ World Wrestling Federation.  She would purchase every paid preview channel to watch her favorite sport.  She enjoyed taking her chance with lady luck playing slot machines at Oxford Casino, scratching lottery tickets or playing Bingo.

Davine was predeceased by her parents, her sister in law Sue Ferrante Vance, as well as two friends/children her parents helped raise as their own, Phil Cox and Judy Cox Napolitano Maddocks.

Davine is survived by her three brothers, David Vance Jr., and his wife Maria of Standish, James Vance of Cape Elizabeth, Henry Vance, and his wife Christine of Freemont NH, and a sister Betty Lou Levesque of Lewiston, her nieces & nephews, Michael, Chris V., Chris L., Ashlie, Zack, and Ellie, her great nephews Patrick, Bradley, and Charlie. 

The family would like to thank Russell Park Nursing Home for their loving care and compassion towards Devine.

A Celebration of Life will be held at South Portland Boys & Girls Club 169 Broadway on Saturday, January 27th from 12:00pm to 3:00pm. In case of bad weather, the Celebration of Life will take place the following day, Sunday, January 28th from 12:00pm to 3:00pm at the same location.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Devine’s memory to South Portland Boys & Girls Club 169 Broadway South Portland, Maine 04106
