Cristina Malcolmson

Tina had such wonderful energy, especially intellectual energy, and an inquiring mind that kept researching and rethinking until she arrived at a resolution that satisfied her. She was also a devoted friend, and a fun one! I'm so sorry to lose her, especially so suddenly. Thank you, Tina, for all that you gave to your friends, students, colleagues, and loved ones, and for the legacy you left us that we can learn from. 

This is such terribly sad news. My deepest condolences to her loved ones.

I was a colleague in her field of seventeenth-century literature, and besides admiring her many contributions in print, I found her so warm and encouraging, welcoming everyone into the discussion.

Cristina's death is tragic news.  I remember her so well from her student days at Berkeley, when I was teaching Society and the Sexes and we shared enthusiasm for the history of women.  A wonderful person, so full of warmth, and a superb scholar. 

This is very sad news. She did good and important work, and her friends and colleagues will miss her deeply.
