My heartfelt condolences to you, Sylvia & your daughters. I have many fond memories spending time with you in the stands during football games & at your home. Charlie had a great sense of humor, our time at Cheverus was wonderful. Prayers & hugs. I had every intention on going to the wake but an emergency with my neighbor happened. Pat Peck

I am sorry I am unable to attend the service this week. I knew Charlie had been ill and was sorry to read of his passing last year. As Sylvia knows, we served on the Portland he'd say, I cant agree with you, Annie, which is what he called me... Rest In Peace, Charlie.

Even tho Charlie's life had been so different for so many years; we were still saddened by his death.    'Mr.' Harlow was my history teacher at Mexico High School, Mexico, Maine in the 60's...   Later on he come back into my life as he was my husband's cousin related on the Bulger side..    Still ..  Many years later he and his wife Sylvia attended one of our Class of 1968 reunions~   How he loved being with all the 'football' boys that he had spent so much time with.    Charlie was certainly that type of man...   He gave his all~    When we remember him, it will be with many smiles and fond memories.      Prayers and love to his family during the loss of this very special man …    Always.   Danny & Pam Bulger.....  Roxbury, Maine.

I worked with Charlie's mother at the then named Rumford Community Hospital many years ago.  She was so proud of her sons Hank and Charlie and their families.  Although I never met Charlie she spoke of him so often that I felt I had met him.  She was proud of her son.  My condolences to the family.
