Vaughn Alden Goodine May 9, 1933 December 31, 2012 Freeport- Vaughn Alden Goodine, age 79 of Freeport, passed away at home on December 31, 2012. He was born May 9, 1933 in Brewer, ME, a son of Andrew Z. and Geneva E. (Philbrook) Goodine. He was a self employed body and fender repair man and since his retirement loved to fish and ride the back roads of Maine. Vaughn had a great personality and was loved by all for his great sense of humor. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Beverly A. (Gayton) Goodine; Children, Vaughn, Jerry (Terri), Michael (Gretchen), Arthur, Kenny (Debra), Timmy (Jen) and Kimberly Kosman (John); brothers, Douglas, Dana, Conrad and Gordon and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his trusted friend and sister-in-law Yvonne Risbara and her boyfriend Pete Baker. At Vaughn's request there will be no services. Arrangements are by A.T.
