Chau, Tien, 75, passed away naturally on April 2, 2024 in Scarborough. He was born on November 18, 1948 in Saigon, Vietnam. He came to the United States in 1975 after the Vietnam War. He was a lifelong resident of Portland, Maine.  He was the owner and chef of Northern Gardens in Westbrook, Maine until his retirement.  He loved his family and was a kind and generous friend. He is survived by his beloved wife, Nu of 40 years, son Dennis, daughter Lorri and son-in law Paul, daughter Jenn and son-in-law Dave, and grandson Ethan. Graveside Services will be held 11 Am Tuesday April 9, 2024 at Evergreen Cemetery, 672 Stevens Avenue in Portland.
