Westbrook-We are extremely sad to inform family and friends, Our loving father, husband, brother, and friend, THOMAS FRANCIS WAYNE, Born on November 12, 1959 in St. Louis, Missouri Passed away peacefully at 3:40am on Friday, 21st of April 2023 at Gosnell Memorial Hospice House, Scarborough, at the age of 63. Thomas was raised in Bettendorf, Iowa and nurtured by the love of his father Charles Wayne and his mother Joan Wayne. Thomas and his wife Dung Wayne started a family, with two kids Sang Huynh and Giang Wayne.   Thomas always knew what the term hard working meant. He served his country in the Army. He owned and operated his own business. He was a devoted husband and father.   The Funeral Service will be held at A.T.
