Thomas "T.L." Ouellette August 24, 1945 June 26, 2015 Portland - Thomas ""T.L."" Ouellette, 69, of Portland passed away peacefully on June 26, 2015 at Mercy Hospital, surrounded by friends and family. He was born on August 24, 1945, the son of William and Gwendolyn (Lake) Ouellette. He grew up attending Portland Schools. T.L. served for eight years in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War and was stationed in Hawaii. He spent the remainder of his life in Maine with his family and friends. He adored his wife Pam, and their dog Princess. He had a magnetic personality and people were easily drawn to him. His kitchen was open to everyone all day and night and he enjoyed calling his friends at any time, just to say hello. He also loved playing cards with his grandchildren and friends. T.L. was predeceased by his parents and brother-in-law William Smith. He is survived by his wife Pamela (Dobson), his children; June and her husband Scott, Christina, Milton III, Theresa, Bettina and her husband David, Kevin Sr. and his wife Tammy, eleven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and his siblings Darlene Smith and Frances Kenyon and her husband Mickel. Friends and family are invited to visitation from 11 am - 1 pm, followed by a memorial service with military honors at 1pm on Thursday, July 2, 2015 at A.T. Hutchins Funeral & Cremation Services, 660 Brighton Ave, Portland. There will be a gathering following the service at 34 Arcadia St. in Portland.
