Teresa Maria Vacca-Craig 1953-2019 Portland- Teresa Maria Vacca-Craig, went home to be with our Lord on November 27, 2019 from complications of Myotonic Dystrophy. She was born in Portland, on June 24, 1953 to Angelo and Helen Irene Vacca. She attended local schools. She was a graduate of Deering High School went into nursing.  She worked at the Barron Center, Saint Joseph's Manor and 75 State Street as a CNA.   She married and had a son Michael.  Michael died at 22 years old from complications of Myotonic Dystrophy.   Teresa loved her nieces and nephew and liked to travel with her family.  When her health declined, she moved to 75 State Street. Family and friends are invited to a memorial service on December 11, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Hope Gateway Church, 509 Forest Ave. Portland.
