Sherry Snowdeal September 25, 1950 November 16, 2016 Sherry Snowdeal passed unexpectedly~on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 after a battle of several months with cancer. She lived her life fully and on her own terms. Sherry will be missed by her family and the many friends she made over the years. She most was employed in the Facilities Department at The University of Southern Maine. They say the bond between mother and son is one of the greatest and most powerful bonds ever made. The bond I had the privilege of sharing with my mom was much, much stronger, being the only child of a single parent. She played both mom and dad to me; she was my entire world growing up and still is to this day. A woman that worked so hard her entire life putting everyone else's needs first. To make sure I was taken care of, the most unselfish person I have ever known. She enjoyed just hopping in her car and taking off for a long drive, simple things like this were all she wanted. I remember in college looking out my window and seeing her pull in, thought I'd take a ride she'd say (4.5hr drive each way) or she'd take off to Connecticut with my aunt and uncle and step father and max. The simple things in life. One of the biggest animal (dog) lovers in the world, she has been the best nanna to them and they miss u terribly, they lay outside your door confused as to what's going on... Time will heal they say...and we're anxiously waiting You brought me up in this world to think of others needs and help anyone that needs it, not a day will go by that I won't still try and make you proud. You were the best mom, mother in law, puppy nanna, wife, sister, and friend to so many. I Love and miss you so much...your son Craig Sherry is survived by her son Craig and his husband Chuck Noyes of Sanford, her sister Ellen and her husband David of Westbrook and her special little fur babies Tanner and Riley. At Sherry's request there will no funereal.
