Sharon Ann (St. Amand) Southard October 13, 1944 May 14, 2014 Windham - Sharon Ann (St. Amand) Southard, 69, of Windham passed away on May 14, 2014 at the Maine Medical Center after a long illness. Sherry was born on October 13, 1944 in Portland to Alfred St. Amand and Madelyn Mary Corey of Auburn where she spent her childhood years. Sherry was a graduate of Edward Little High School, class of 1962 and the School of Business in 1963. Sherry married her husband Robert in 1967 and made her home in Windham for 47 years. She worked for 24 years at Portland Litho Co., typesetting, before being promoted to office manager in 1988. She did the accounting until the plant closed in 1991. Sherry enjoyed being outdoors listening to the birds, feeding chipmunks and reading. She also loved horses, horse racing, movies, and being with friends. Sherry was predeceased by her parents and her nephew, Shane Foster. She is survived by her husband Robert and her brothers; Brian and his partner Sue, Drew and his wife Rachel and their son Abram. She is also survived by her brother-in-law Richard and his wife Anna, her sister-in-law Ruth, and several nieces, nephews and friends. A special thanks to all the people at Maine Medical Center Radiology, Casco Bay Dialysis, Northeast Ambulance and VNA Home Health. An extra special thanks to Debbie Spiller for being her best friend and to the Rev. Catherine Garlid for the time she spent with Sherry. Per Sherry's wishes, there will be no funeral service.
