Sharon E. Huntley-Brown January 23, 1957 October 10, 2013 Oxford- Sharon E. Huntley-Brown, 56, of Schoolhouse Road, passed away on October 10, 2013 in Portland. She was born in Lewiston a daughter of Basil W. and Margaret (Hamlin) Huntley. She graduated from Deering High School in 1974 and the University of Maine in 1976. She was most recently employed as a medical assistant at CMMC, Internal Medicine. One of her favorite pastimes was spending time at her family cottage on Mousam Lake in Acton. She especially enjoyed her two dogs, Buffy and Bizzie. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Richard Brown. She is survived by two sisters, Patricia Haendler and Will Smith of Somersworth, NH and Donna Allen and her husband William of Portland. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends, Yvonne and Tim Roberts. Memorial visitation will be held from 4-6 pm on Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at A.T. Hutchins Funeral & Cremation Services, 660 Brighton Ave. Portland. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Responsible Pet Care in South Paris, P.O. Box 82, Norway, ME 04268.
