Ruth L. Clark December 2, 2012 Portland - Ruth L. Clark of Portland died peacefully at her home on December 2, 2012 after a long illness. She was born in Chelsea, MA, the daughter of John Charles Clark and Janette C. (Brackett) Clark. She graduated from Portland High School and attended Gray's Business School. Ruth was employed in the law office of Judge Clifford McLaughlin for several years and was executive secretary for the President of the Maine State Senate, Robert Haskell. In later years, she worked for J.M. Huber Corporation in a secretarial position for ten years. Ruth was predeceased by her parents, her husband, Otis Gray and her sister Marie DeMarais. She is survived by her sister, Mary Reali, her niece Lisa and her husband Mark McLaughlin and their children Jamie, Brittnie and MacKenzy. At Ruth's request, friends and family are invited to a graveside service on Friday, December 7, 2012 at 11 am at Evergreen Cemetery, 672 Stevens Ave, Portland. Arrangements are under the care of A.T.
