Rocco Phillip DeLuca Sr. of Saco, Maine passed away at his home July 10, 2018.  He was born in Portland, Maine to Anthony and Regina DeLuca.  He attended Portland High School then went on to serve his country in the US Army.  Rocco was a skilled mason and worked for several companies before establishing himself as a self-employed mason.  He was a lifelong member of the VFW and the Elks where he enjoyed the company of his friends.    He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards with his friends and going to yard sales.  Rocco is survived by his son, Rocco Jr., of Dayton, Maine and daughter Melissa DeLuca of Waterboro.  Rocco is predeceased by his daughter Angelina DeLuca on November 8, 2016.  He is also survived by four grandchildren, Nathan DeLuca, Ryan DeLuca, Shaelyn DeLuca, Brianna Albert, one great grandchild, Aubriella, and four sisters, Violet, Carol, Irene and Shirley, and two brothers, Norman and Anthony.  He is predeceased by one brother, Thomas DeLuca.  A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 19, 2018 at 11:00 am in Old Calvary Cemetery, 1461 Broadway, South Portland Maine 04106.
