Robert E. Chandler, II September 25, 2016 Robert E. Chandler, II, 49, of Jacksonville, AR, formerly of Westbrook, died unexpectedly on September 25, 2016. Robert is the son of Robert E. Chandler and Sue Carter. He is survived by his son Dominic, three sisters, Stacy, Bonita and Rebecca, two brothers Leon and Brent. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 11 am on Friday October 7, 2016 at Brooklawn Memorial Park, 2002 Congress St., Portland. A gathering will follow at 25 Roberts St., Portland. Arrangements by A. T.
