Scarborough - Robert H. Cash, 92, of Windham Maine, passed away on April 28th, 2023 in Scarborough, Maine. Bob was born in South Portland to Elmer and Annette Cash on September 13th, 1930.  He attended school in South Portland and later graduated from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts where he majored in accounting.  Bob proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. He went on to work as a special investigator for the U.S. Treasury Department, Internal Revenue Service, where he spent his entire career.  He raised three children in Falmouth, and later moved to Windham with his wife Ingrid, who predeceased him.  He spent many hours golfing with friends and staying active and sharp into his later years.  He loved animals and had a special bond with his cat.  Bob is survived by his two sons, Robert and Jonathan, daughters-in-law Brooke and Inna, along with his two grandchildren, Abigail and Elizabeth. He will be laid to rest at Brooklawn Cemetery in Portland, Maine in a private ceremony.
