Raymond J. Thibodeau, Jr. April 18, 1950 June 10, 2016 Raymond J. Thibodeau, Jr., 66, of Pleasant Hill Rd., Scarborough, died Friday, June 10, 2016. Born in Portland he was a son of Raymond J. Thibodeau, Sr. and Ida Mae Gordon. He attended Portland Schools and graduated from Deering High School the Class of 1969. Ray was a Special Services tech for Verizon, he retired in 2002 after 29 years. He enjoyed camping at Four Seasons in Naples, hunting, 4 wheeling, antiquing, spending time at his camp in Mt. Vernon and his beloved dogs Muttlee and Noodles. He is survived by his wife of 46 years Doreen A. Hooper of Scarborough, his children, Adam Thibodeau and his fiancé Kim of Westbrook, Michelle Thibodeau-Perry and her husband Dana of Steep Falls and Shannon Waterhouse and her husband Ted of Buxton. His grandchildren Tylor Lamy and his wife Jen of Windham, Dylan Thibodeau-Perry of Steep Falls, Nicholas Thibodeau-Perry of Steep Falls, Shawn Thibodeau of Dayton, Peyton Thibodeau of Westbrook His great granddaughter Harper Lamy of Windham. His sister Jean Ingalls of Portland, nephew Christopher Ingalls and his wife Candi of Gorham. He is also survived by his best friends, Paul Adams and his wife Teri of South Portland and Robert Worcester and his wife Vicki of Portland. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday June 16, 2016 from 5pm-7pm at A.T. Hutchins Funeral Home, 660 Brighton Ave., Portland, Maine. ~A Mass of Christian Burial with be celebrated on Friday June 17, 2016 at 10 am at St. Joseph's Church (Our Lady of Hope Parish), 673 Stevens Ave, Portland. Interment will follow at Forest City Cemetery.
