Philip S. Cilley, 81, of Westbrook Maine passed away on February 25, 2022 at Northern Lights Mercy Hospital after a brief illness. He was born on August 13, 1940 to Bernard S. and Katherine (Maxwell) Cilley, the youngest of 7 children. Philip attended Portland schools. He worked for Forest City Motors for ten years and Portland Public Works for 26 ½ years retiring in 1999. He enjoyed gardening, working outside, and woodworking. Philip was predeceased by his parents; two brothers Bernard, and Herbert; three sisters Bertha, Joanne and Winona; and his son in law, Kevin Robichaud. Philip is survived by his wife of 61 years, Isabelle (Gagne) Cilley, and their daughters Julie and her husband Robert Petretich, and Barbara Robichaud, his three grandchildren Amanda, Joseph, and Marina; two great-grandchildren, his sister Jane Sampson and many nieces and nephews. Per Philip's wishes there will not be a formal funeral or wake.
