Pamela Hudson-Fridgen October 27, 1956 August 28, 2013 Scarborough- Pam Hudson-Fridgen, 56, of Broadturn Road, passed away on August 28, 2013 in Portland surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Vineland, NJ, a daughter of Roy and Lorraine (Kelchner) Hudson. She attended Millersville College in PA, graduating with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in 1983. Pam was a gentle, caring person who used her artistic talents and sensitivity in her work as well as in her personal life. In the last ten years, she was a teacher in the Scarborough public schools, influencing her students in positive ways with her patient attention to their needs. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Dr. Blair Fridgen, D.C.; her sons, Riley (22) and Jack (18); and sisters, Kathy Fabish and husband John of Cape Elizabeth; Nanette Joyce and husband Brian of Ewing, NJ; and Cindy Whittenberg and husband Hank of Derry, NH. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Friends and family are invited to call on the family from 3:30-5:00 pm on Saturday, August 31, 2013 at Thornton Heights United Methodist Church, 100 Westbrook St., South Portland, where a memorial service will follow at 5:00 pm.
