Noel Catherine Webb (DeVarney), 55, died unexpectedly on March 28, 2026 at her home in Standish. She was born on September 4, 1970 in Bangor, the daughter of Gretchen Elsner and Richard DeVarney. 

Noel graduated with an Associates in Science from Palm Beach Community College in 1995. Noel then began work as a paralegal in Florida and continued that work after moving to Maine years later. Noel was a dedicated and loving Mother to four children; Brooke Dunham, 37, Brandon Dunham, 35, Hunter Webb, 24, and Austin Coleman, 21. She was also a Grandmother to Summer Dunham, Logan Dunham, Victoria Gatehouse and Mason Dunham; and recently welcomed her first great-grandchild Lilliana Dunham. 

Noel was survived by all of her sisters; Jennifer Frost, Christina DeVarney, Sharon DeVarney and Kylie DeVarney. She will be missed greatly by all of her family, friends and coworkers. 

A Celebration of Life will be held during the summer, to honor Noel’s love for warm weather, sunshine and quality time with those she loved.
