Mary Theresa Beck February 22, 1927 May 16, 2014 Mary Theresa Beck, 87, of Scarborough, Maine, passed away on May 16, 2014 with her family at her side. A memorial service will be held at a future date. Mary was born in Boston on February 22, 1927. She graduated from Swampscott High School. She lived and raised her children in Peabody, MA for more than 30 years prior to moving to Scarborough in 1987. Mary was married to Joseph Beck on September 26, 1948; they were married 59 years. Mary worked at Connelly Insurance Agency and Gilmore Rothery for many years. She always enjoyed being with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and extended family and friends. Mary is survived by her daughter Pat, son Marty and his wife Jane, son Bob and his wife Barbara, grandchildren Jennifer, Heather, Joe, Jason, Alexa and Michael, great grandchildren Sarah, Rhianna, Ryan and Aiden, and many other family and friends. Mary is preceded in death by her husband, Joe, brother, Eddie Deehy, sister, Anne Patrick and her grandson Chris Beck.
