Portland- Martha P. Rand, 89 of Portland passed away on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at The Cedars. Martha was born on October 28, 1927 in Portland a daughter of Ira and Cynthia (Brimmer) Dodge. She is predeceased by her husband Leroy C. Rand. Martha is survived by two children Cheryl R. Rand of Portland, Scott T. Rand and his wife Rebecca of Florida, also by two grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Per Martha's request no visiting hours and a private family service will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Brooklawn Cemetery in Portland.
