Marc Giglio January 29, 1965 December 15, 2014 Marc Giglio, 49, of Portland passed away at his home on December 15, 2014. Marc was born in Portland to Frank Giglio and Madelyn (Harris) Day on January 29, 1965. Marc is a lifelong Portland resident and graduate of Portland High School as well as vocational school for electrical and body work. He was involved in the used car business, towing company, and taxi service. Marc was one of the original partners in the Portland Boxing Club and enjoyed working as a trainer. He was devoted to what he did for the club and the kids he helped train. He was a loving and caring father to his son Anthony as well as two other children Crystal Taylor and Austin Glantz. Marc is survived by: his father Frank Giglio of Portland; his mother Madelyn Day and step-father Albert Day of Portland; his girlfriend Jordan Perkins of Portland; his son Anthony Giglio; his brothers Frank Giglio of Portland, Gino Giglio of Florida, and Mario Giglio of Westbrook; his sister Mary Downs of Oklahoma, and special loved ones Austin Glantz, Crystal Taylor and their mother Linda Glantz. Family and friends are invited to memorial visitation from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm at A.T. Hutchins Funeral and Cremation Services on Saturday December 20, 2014. A memorial service will follow at the funeral home at 2:00 pm on Saturday December 20, 2014.
