Jodine Rae (Millette) Discatio December 11, 1964 November 25, 2012 Portland - Jodine Rae (Millette) Discatio, 47, of Portland, passed away on November 25, 2012 at Maine Medical Center of complications from several years of heart problems. She was born in Portland on December 11, 1964 and grew up locally, graduating from Scarborough High School in 1983. She later graduated from Pierre's Beauty School. Jodine worked for many years as a hair dresser as well as the family owned Joe's Smoke Shop. She had many interests and hobbies including Scrabble, doing crossword puzzles, photography, and gardening. Jodine was also a great cook and loved cooking and hosting events for friends and family. Her biggest focus in her life was her family. Jodine was predeceased by her father, Paul Millette and her father-in-law, Joseph F. Discatio. She is survived by her husband, Michael J. Discatio and their daughters, Chelsea and Ryli Discatio, all of Portland, her mother and step-father, Ann and Norm Libby of Scarborough, her sister, Vickie Gelinas and her husband Bill of Scarborough and her step-sisters Norma Colpritt and her husband Donny of Scarborough and Noreen Clements and her husband Jack of Las Vegas, Nevada. She is also survived by her mother-in-law, Judith Discatio of Portland, her brothers-in-law Stephen Discatio of Portland, Timmy Discatio and his wife Vilena of Portland and David Discatio and his wife Marie of Scarborough, as well as several nieces and nephews and her Scrabble partners, her aunts, Peggy Thurlow and Donna Valente. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 from 4 - 8 pm at A.T. Hutchins Funeral and Cremation Services, 660 Brighton Ave, Portland. A memorial mass will be held at St. Peter's Catholic Church on Thursday, November 29, 2012 at 10:30am.
