Jeff Punsky July 25, 1960 October 2, 2012 Portland - Jeff Punsky, 52, of South Portland and formerly of Portland, passed away on October 2, 2012 at the Maine Medical Center. He was born on July 25, 1960, the son of Lester H. and Lenore J. (Rodney) Punsky. He grew up in Portland, graduating from Portland High School. Jeff worked for many years at J.J. Nissen Company. He had many interests in his life, including the New England Patriots, fishing, and NASCAR, but his biggest passion was for his family. In addition to his wife Kathleen, his biggest love was his son, Jay. He loved to watch his son coach his high school hockey team in Rhode Island, and was especially proud of him when he earned his master's degree earlier this year. Jeff is survived by his parents, his wife Kathleen (Beaulieu) Punsky of South Portland, his son Jay Punsky of Rhode Island, his sister Dianna Reed and her husband Roger of South Portland, his nephew Chris Landon and his wife Trisha, great-nephew Kristopher Landon and great-niece Taylor Rose Landon as well as many other family members. Visiting hours will be held on Friday, October 5, 2012 from 7 - 9 pm at A.T. Hutchins, LLC Funeral Home, 660 Brighton Ave, Portland. A funeral service, performed by the Reverend M. Abraham will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, October 6, 2012 at 11am, with interment following at Calvary Cemetery, South Portland. There will be a reception after the burial at 665 Saco St., Westbrook.
