Westbrook-Emilio N. Mongu, 61, passed away on Monday, February 8, 2021 in Portland, he was born on January 1, 1960 in South Sudan. Visiting hours will be held on Friday, February 26, 2021 from 4 to 7 PM at A.T. Hutchins Funeral Home in Portland. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Portland.
