Drew Holmes Leslie October 6, 1948 December 5, 2016 Drew Holmes Leslie passed away December 5, 2016. He was born October 6, 1948 in Portland to Welby Parke and Gail (Spencer) Leslie. Drew grew up in Falmouth and graduated from Falmouth High School in 1967. Following high school, he attended Maine Maritime Academy before becoming a Master Carpenter. He was the owner and operator of D&D Builders, LLC for over 25 years. Drew was a very kind, generous soul who loved his work and being on the water, especially while boating. Drew was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law Hamilton Sargent. He is survived by: his sister, Gail Sargent of Naples, FL; brother, Parke Leslie and his partner Mark Bettney of Falmouth; domestic partner of 12 years, Katherine Doughty Huelin of Saco and her children Kayla, Andrew, and Nicholas Huelin, all of South Portland; beloved granddaughter, Ellyana Huelin of South Portland; and several cousins in the area. At Drew's request, no public services will be held at this time.
