Deborah "Deb" Joanne Daniels March 9, 1950 November 21, 2016 Deborah ""Deb"" Joanne Daniels passed away unexpectedly on November 21, 2016 at her home. Deb graduated from Deering High School in 1968. She retired in 2014 from her finance role at Disability RMS. Prior to that, she worked at Jordan's Meats until they closed. Deb was a homebody who loved to cook and try new recipes. She also enjoyed sewing, making many of her own clothes. She was sensitive, generous and kind, and will be missed by all. Deb was preceded in death by her father, Donald ""Ducky"" Daniels and great niece Bayley Kierstead. Deb is survived by: her mother, Madalyn ""Maddy"" Daniels of Portland; three sisters, Dianne Breggia and her husband Sonny, Darlene White and her husband Ron, and Dawn Dibiase and her husband Steve, all of Portland; niece, Erica Kierstead and her husband Kevin of Portland; nephew, Donald Newbegin and his wife Megh Rounds of Westbrook; niece, Abigail Dibiase O'Brion and her husband Rory of Scarborough; great-niece and great-nephew, Morgan and Max Kierstead of Portland; great-nieces Quinn and McKenna O'Brion of Scarborough; Aunt Franny and Uncle Sava Nappi of Portland; and many cousins. Visitation will be held from 9:00 - 11:00 AM followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at A.T. Hutchins Funeral Home (660 Brighton Ave., Portland, ME 04102) with interment at Calvary Cemetery in South Portland.
