David C. Budzko April 27, 1964 February 9, 2015 BIDDEFORD - David Christopher Budzko, 50, passed away peacefully Feb.9 in Portland after a courageous battle with cancer. He is the Son of Joan Anne Korbini, of Westbrook, and Matthew Charles Budzko Jr., of Sebastian, Florida. He was born in Portland on April 27, 1964, and graduated from Deering High School in 1982. For the last 20 years he made his life in Biddeford with his beloved wife Jody (Robbins) Budzko and most recently their dog Buddy, who was the joy of their lives. He worked for 12 years at Rosa Linda's Restaurant in Saco. He loved New England sports, camping, and spending time at the ocean. He was a great sports fan and a lover of life. He was predeceased by his late stepfather Martin L. Korbini. David is survived by his daughter Stephanie Lundy, of Old Orchard Beach, stepsons Eric Crist and Steven Crist, brothers Matthew Charles Budzko III, of Sebastian, Fla., Anthony Budzko of Portland, Martin L. Korbini Jr., of Bluemont, Va., and sister Heather Horlor, of Waterboro, as well as 12 grandchildren, many aunts and uncles and nieces and nephews. The family will be holding a celebration of his life at St. Anthony's Church (formerly St Hyacinth's) in Westbrook, May 2, at 11 a.m. with a reception to follow.
