He also loved photography, highlighted by studying under Ansel Adams in the summer of 1974 after a cross country trip with his daughter and good friend. Daniel also had a passion for music, learning to play guitar in his forties. Having a true thirst for knowledge, he always wanted to learn something new. Daniel was a gregarious person who always gave everything he could to his friends and family. He loved to give to others, believing that you always get out of life what you put in to it. He could relate to everybody, it didn't matter who someone was or what they had, he loved to connect with anyone who crossed paths with him.
