Chan Van Bui January 28, 1954 February 7, 2015 Scarborough - Chan Van Bui, 61 of Old Orchard Beach passed away on February 7, 2015 at the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough with family by his side. He was born on January 28, 1954 in Long Khanh, Vietnam, the son of Bui Van Thuan and Pham Thi Mui. He grew up in Vung Tau, Vietnam before moving to the United States. Chan was predeceased by his father. He is survived by his mother, his wife, Nga Tran, his daughters; Hien Bui, Uyen Bui, his step-daughters; Kim Tran and Nhu Tran and three grandchildren.
