Bruce Neils Lovering April 2, 1940 November 5, 2012 Scarborough - Bruce Neils Lovering, 72, of Poland, Maine, passed away at the Gosnell Hospice House on November 5, 2012, with his family by his side. He was born in Portland on April 2, 1940, the son of Kenneth and Velma (Welch) Lovering. He grew up in Portland, graduating from Portland High School in 1958. Bruce was the owner and operator of Three Pines Heating in Poland and was a Mason with the Casco Lodge in Yarmouth. He enjoyed hot-rodding in his 1965 Chevy Truck, watching all forms of motor sports, especially NASCAR and woodworking. Bruce was predeceased by his parents and a son, Mark Lovering. He is survived by his sons, Stephen Lovering of Turner, Brian Lovering and Michael Lovering, both of North Yarmouth; his grandchildren, Mark Lovering of Wales, Maine, Monica Lovering of Lewiston, Taylor Lovering and Alyssa Lovering, both of North Yarmouth. He is also survived by his brother Bernard and his wife Brenda, numerous nieces and great-grandchildren and his extended family. Visiting hours will be held at A.T Hutchins Funeral and Cremation Services, 660 Brighton Ave, Portland on Friday, November 9 from 2 - 4pm, with a memorial service to follow at 4.
