Barbara J. Humiston February 2, 1941 October 7, 2012 Scarborough - Barbara Humiston, 71, of South Portland passed away on October 7, 2012 at the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough after a long illness. She was born on February 2, 1941 in Portland, the daughter of Fredrick and Irene Bickford. She grew up locally, graduating from Scarborough High School. Barbara was predeceased by her parents. She is survived by her husband Ralph C. Humiston, her children, Norman McKenney and his wife Anna of Citrus Springs, Florida, Scott McKenney of South Portland, Curtis McKenney of Portland, Fred McKenney and his wife Elizabeth of Buxton, Tammy McKenney and her husband Jean-Frané§ois Duclos of Nova Scotia and Stacey Yankowsky of Portland as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 11am - 12pm on Thursday, October 11, 2012 at A.T. Hutchins, LLC Funeral Home, 660 Brighton Avenue. A funeral service will follow at 12pm at the funeral home. Interment will be at Brooklawn Memorial Park, 2002 Congress St., at 1pm on Friday October 12.
