Arthur Raymond Leary January 31,1925 January 30,2016 Scarborough Maine Arthur Raymond Leary, a decorated World War II veteran died peacefully in his sleep on January 30, 2016. He was a native of Dover New Hampshire, and a resident of Sanford Maine. Arthur loved the outdoors, fishing, the wild-west, rodeos, and Alaska. He was pre-deceased by the love of his life, his wife Kathleen Edith (Leighton) of Dover, and his son Dane Colin, also of Dover. He is survived by his daughters, Gail Lodi (Sanford, ME) Deborah Love (Rochester, NH), and Pamela Jacques (Dover, NH), his son James (Saco, ME), as well as his grandchildren, Lori, Frank, Cherene, Tracy, Tatum, Jeremy, and Ava. 8 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Per his request, private services will be held this summer in Alaska, where body will be laid to rest. He was always in Alaska in his heart, mind, and dreams.
