Anthony T. Langella "Tommy L." July 9, 1959 April 21, 2012 Old Orchard Beach - Anthony T. Langella, Sr., ""Tommy L."", formerly of Portland, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Saturday, April 21, 2012. He was born in Portland on July 9, 1959, the son of H. Richard ""Dick"" and June (Duffy) Langella. He attended Portland schools, graduating from Portland High School, excelling in Track and Field during his time there. Tommy had many interests, including going to the beach, barbequing and music, especially The Beatles. What he loved the most, though, was spending time with his family and making people laugh. He worked for many years at Portland Glass and most recently at Rich Aluminum. Tommy was predeceased by his mother. He is survived by his father and his father's companion, Lucy Sesto, his fiancée, Suzanne Kane, his children Anthony Jr. and his fiancée, Sarah Kane, Rocco and his companion Kayla, June Kane and her husband Will and Courtney Micucci and her companion John, as well his siblings, Diane DiConzoand her companion Pat Connell, James and his wife Karen Langella, David and his wife Cindy Langella, Julie and her husband Kyle Ford, Denise Langella and her husband Kenneth Laws. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Ashler, Arianna, Claire Langella and Liam Kane as well as several nieces and nephews, his godson, William J. Kane, IV, and goddaughter, Meegan DiConzo, all of whom he loved dearly. He also leaves behind many special friends. Visiting Hours will be held on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 from 4 - 8 at A.T. Hutchins Funeral and Cremation Services, 660 Brighton Ave., Portland. Interment will be private at Calvary Cemetery.
