Sandra Lee (Joy) Richards

Mumma, I miss you more and more everyday, your light shines within me and I am without being able to have a conversation with you.  Taking care of you over the last few months brought me the greatest joy i have ever known besides giving birth to my own children.  You changed me in so many ways with your unconditional love and support.  You gave me strength when I had none. You asked me to look to God for every answer and it was through you that he showed me what he is all about.... Life is not easy and it is not meant to be.... it is through family, friends, love, laughter, food, desserts, shopping, and enjoying each other's company that gives life meaning in the simple ways.  I love you more now than ever and you courage and strength has brought me through.  You smile, your laugh, your love i will always carry with me.  I miss you sooooo much... I love you so very much Mum.  You are my rock and my strength and i could never say enough thank you's for all that you have given me.   Love you Mumma!!! i know you are with me!!

Dear Hank and Cady: My deep condolences on your Mom's passing.  She suffered a "long road" and she's now at peace.  This picture of her in the newspaper touched my heart.  It brought back memories of your Graduation from UK and your parents' coming to Louisville to celebrate..  They were very proud of you.  I noted her birthday was July 21st.  That was Ray's birthday but some many years earlier (l926).   My love to  you and your family.
