Neil,
I was so sorry to hear that Pat had passed away last weekend. I did not have a chance to get to know her, but others have told me that she was a wonderful, warm, caring person. My mother died many years ago of Alzheimer’s. During the years she was in a nursing home, my Dad would spend hours each day with her making sure she was feed and OK. I admired my father so much for his love and dedication. You have been doing the same thing. Because of my experience I have just a small perspective of all the emotion, work, care, and love you have given to Pat these past years.
After my Mom passed away, my Dad had to find other passions to fill his time. I know you love golf, and I hope you continue doing that - - and many other new things. Lynn and I are often away, but if we can ever help you in any way please let us know.

So very sorry to hear of the passing of such a great nurse. 
I have many Maine State AORN memories of her at meetings, listening and contributing to the conversation yet never
missing a stitch of her knitting.  Rest in Peace Pat.

Pat was blessed to have your love. You were so dedicated to her and I cannot imagine how difficult is was to watch her struggle every day.

Mary-Jo Heal --Pat and I worked together for many years @ MMC. I learned alot from her and respected everything that she stood for. Pat was quite proud of all of her grandchildren.  She loved the weekly gatherings at Cresent Beach.

We are so sorry to hear Aunt Pat passed.  Please accept our condolences to you Uncle Neil and all the other loved ones.  She was so one of a kind and I am sure she will be missed for a long time.
