So sorry to hear of Deb's passing, Tom.  Wish Jean and I could be with you today but it's just not possible.  Know that both of you will be in our prayers.

So Sorry to hear of Deb’s passing. I met Deb and Tom through Church and also through the Alzheimer’s walk. She was too young to go. I hope there is a cure soon for this terrible disease. Deb always had a smile for people.

I am sending love and my heart-felt sympathies on behalf of my mother, Ruth and I. It is with great sorrow that we received the news of Deb’s passing. I had only just met her when mom moved to her Avita neighborhood. Sometimes you meet a kindred spirit and there is an instant connection. She had the sweetest smile that I looked forward to seeing when I was there visiting mom. Alzheimer’s may have taken Debbie’s mind and eventually her life, but could never take the memories she and her husband gave to all who knew her.

Cathy, Thank you so much for your kind words. I always enjoy seeing your mother and you when you are visiting. She saw me yesterday for the first time and gave me a big hug. She always asked me how Deb was doing. Your mom is a very nice lady as you are. My prayers are with your family while you are still on the journey. I plan to visit Avita from time to time and will keep an eye out for your mom.

I never met this wonderful lady, but her obituary touched my heart.
That she would donate her brain to help for a cure for Alzheimers says so very much of this woman.

I will be donating to the assoc. in Scarborough in her beautiful name & memory.
I am 65 yoa; I feel that she was too young to die.
And I was fortunate to have not to experience my mother & father suffer from that wicked "dreadful disease".  
I am so sorry for her wonderful family for their loss and the wicked sadness they had to endure.   God Bless You ALL!
