i was so so sad to hear of your passing ! I have thought recently that I had seen you driving by or at the grocery store and then I remember it is not to be...Thinking of you always Flip and thank you for always just being the kindest friendliest person in the room and for being a wonderful friend to Andy when he lived on the East Coast. A boatload of love and we are missing you everyday.
