I worked with Bill at The Computer Center in 1976. I was the worst administrative assistant ever (having recently moved to Maine from Florida and not being able to understand the Maine accent very well) and Bill was unfailingly kind to me even as he tried to figure out the phone messages I took for him. He was patient to a fault and although I never intended to, I know I tried his patience many times. It took him a long time to figure out that the 'Ruth Ann Fletcher' that called was actually 'Ripley & Fletcher' in So Paris. He was such a good man, I know his family must be devastated. Please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss. God bless all of you!

Carol and family,
I am very saddened to hear of Billy's passing. I did not have a lot of opportunity to spend time with him but he was always so very nice and I know he was a wonderful husband and father. My deepest condolences.
