so very sorry to hear of Dick's passing... My deepest condolences to the family, he was one of my mentors when I was learning to drive truck and helped me out a lot after I was out on the road on my own.. Rest in Peace Black Knight.

Dick was a bright light at NERHP during his volunteer days. He always had a smile or a joke for us., or a razzing of some kind! He enjoyed talking about his trucking days and the time he spent in Alaska (a place that I've always wanted to visit). I found a book about Alaska for him one day and he really seemed to enjoy it. I am grateful that I got to spend a little time with him during his last visit to NERHP as a patient. My heartfelt sympathy to the entire family. Your Dad was deeply cared about by everyone here!

I am so sorry for your loss- I have known Dick for a very long time- I took care of him during his first stay at New England Rehab. I had continued to stay in touch with Dick throughout his volunteer years at NERH. He was a very special person who I will have fond memories of for years to come. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this time.

My deceased husband Lee Walker was a very good friend of Dick's and will be waiting to welcome him in his new home. We both loved him, RIP Dick .
