My condolences to John's family and friends. Spent many summers running and riding bikes down to Petroleum Center and spending time with John, Jerry, and their parents. Also many years attending school and CCD together. John was a wonderful guy, sharp witted, and always quick to smile. Thoughts and prayers!!

Wow. So sorry to hear. So many years ago re-enacting WWll in the woods behind Hasson Heights Elementary with Dave Sapp, Jerry, Scott H. and others who escape my memory. You always treated others with respect and kindness. It's been far too long, old friend, and I feel so sorry that we lost contact. I would have much rather said this to you on this side, than in memory. I was always in awe of your art. See you again one day, John. God bless and Godspeed.
