Foto Suli

Foto Suli, born January 24, 1934, passed away early Tuesday morning after a short illness at Seaside Nursing Home in Portland, Maine.  Foto was born in Sheper, Albania. He was the son of Konstandin Suli and Kaliroi Haxhi.  Foto gew up in Tirana, Albania and graduated university with a degree in Engineering. He was employed as a civil engineer for 35 years and was passionate about his work.

            In 1965, Foto married Keti Cala. They had three children, Ornela, Genti and Kosta. In 1994, the family immigrated to the United States and settled in Portland, Maine.

            Foto and Keti were married for 52 years. They were fortunate to share these years with their children and grandchildren. Foto is survived by his loving wife, Keti, daughter Ornela Guzja, her husband Saimir and their children Aldi and Ina, son Genti Suli, his wife Enka and their children, Caleb and Audrey and son Kosta Suli and fiancée, Leah Ruff. Foto was greatly loved by his family and friends and will be truly missed and forever remembered.

Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, August 26, 2017 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm at A.T. Hutchins Funeral Home, 660 Brighton Ave, Portland.
