I am so, so sorry to hear about Gene's passing. I had the very good fortune to know Gene for about 6 years as his nurse care manager with Family Medicine. I visited him each month and always looked forward to seeing him. He really did have a smile that lit up a room and there truly was not a more gentle, sweet man then him. I am a better nurse because of what Gene taught me. Finally, he was most proud of his children-Melissa and "little" Gene. You were both lucky to have him as your Dad. I will miss him.
